摘要
阐述了世界低煤阶煤的资源、生产、消费及其分类，国际低阶煤分类日趋统一，结合我国资源特点，建议增加次烟煤（ｓｕｂｂｉｔｕｍｉｎｏｕｓｃｏａｌ）类，便于和国际低阶煤分类衔接。次烟煤是褐煤与烟煤类间的过渡煤类，归属低煤阶煤．
The resources, production, consumption and classification of low rank coal in the world have been described. The classification systems of low rank coal in various countries tend gradually to the same system. It is necessary to add a group of subbituminous coal in the Chinese Coal Classification System, so that the Chinese Coal Classification can match the international system. Subbituminous coal is a transitional coal group between lignite and bituminous coal. It belongs to low rank coals.
