京西粉煤成型技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据京西粉煤的特点,先后在实验室内研制出3种新的成型粘结剂,即煤矸石和MJ5组成的复合粘结剂;MJ3有机粘结剂;MJ3与膨润土组成的复合粘结剂,前1种粘结剂来源广,后2种粘结剂制出的型煤防水性能好,机械强度高,这3种粘结剂的成本低廉,由它们制成的型煤灰分同合成氨厂目前应用的碳酸化成型工艺的灰分相比要低,京西粉煤成型的研制成功,为开发京西无烟煤粉煤制造化肥用型煤提供了技术途径。 Three kinds of new binders for briquetting of Jingxi fine coal have been developed in laboratory. They are:(a) compound binder of coal waste and MJ5; (b) MJ3 organic binder and; (c) compound binder of MJ3 and bentonite. The former binder is widely available. And the latter two binders can be used to produce coal briquette with good water-proof property and high mechanical strength.These three binders are low in cost. The ash content of briquettes using these binders is lower than that of briquettes made by lime carbonation method currently adopted by ammonia synthesis plant. The success of briquetting Jingxi fine coal provides a technical approach for making formed coal with anthracite fine for producing fertilizer.
