摘要
通过对我国目前井筒穿过冲积层最厚、冻结最深的陈四楼主、副井冻结段外层井壁位移实测的研究,初步揭示了混凝土外加可缩层外层井壁位移变化规律及受力特征。指出陈四楼主、副井冻结壁铝质粘上层采用高强混凝土外加可缩层的外层井壁结构是适宜的,为该对冻结井筒冻结段外层井壁实现无压坏、冻结管无断裂起到一定作用。
Measurements of displacement are made of the outerwall in frozen section in main and auxiliary shafts of Chensilou mine,which are the deepest frozen shafts which run through the thickest alluvial layers in China. The rules of displacement of outerwall with a compressive layer outside the concrete and its stress conditions are preliminarily exposed. It is found that the outerwall structure with a compressive layer outside the high strength concrete layer is suitable for support of the frozen section in aluminous clay. It contributes to some extent the soundness of outerwall and freeze tubes.
