摘要
针对 L—11/7型压缩机环状阀结构复杂的特点,参考国内外同类型压缩机气阀参数,设计、制造了三种不同结构参数的气阀。通过理论计算和性能试验,经分析比较筛选出较为优越的一种气阀。
In the light of the complicated structures of ring valve of L-11/7 type compressor,three types of valves of different structures were manufactured by referring to the same types of compressor valves made at home and abroad. The theoretical calculations show that the rea- sonableness criteria checks of the three valves are μ>2,Q_2/Q_3>7.Performance test of the three valves mounted respectively on the same compressor was carried out.The one analyzed to be the best was used on one L-11/7 type compressor.
