摘要
硫酸厂产生的三氧化硫气体因水份含量高、压头较低及难以计量等问题．不能用来生产烷基苯磺酸．只适宜将烷基苯磺酸装置设在硫酸厂内，利用硫酸生产的空气干燥和尾气处理部分．减少设备投资及生产成本，提高产品的市场竞争力和经济效益。
SO3 from H2SO4 plant can not be used to produce alkyl benzene sulphonic acid because of its high moisture,low pressure and difficult flow rate control. However,to install an alkyl benzene sulphonic acid plant within a H2SO4 plant for the facility of air drying and tail gas treatment is advisable and the investment and operation costs will be decreased.
