分析二甲醚一三氧化硫直接合成法制硫酸二甲酯工艺，指出以发烟硫酸制９９％三氧化硫取代低浓三氧化硫，可有效地提高硫酸二甲酯收率和降低环境污染。此外，还介绍了车间冲洗水和精馏残渣的治理。
The direct synthesis of (CH3O)2SO2 from (CH3)2O and SO3 is discussed. It is presented that use of 99% SO3 feed gas from fuming acid instead of low concentration SO3 gas can raise (CH3O)2SO2 yield and reduce environmental pollution. The disposal of flushing wated and rectification residue is also described.
