摘要
硫铁矿渣与粘结剂、助剂混合后，经摇振成型、活化、烘干，制成脱硫剂，用于沼气、煤气等气体的Ｈ２Ｓ脱除。饱和硫容为９．５％，采用空气氧化再生。当脱硫剂累计饱和硫容达２０％时，可用于生产硫酸。
SW desulphurizer for H2S removal from acidgases such as marsh gas and city gas was preparedby mixing pyrite cinder with adhesive and assistant,vibration forming, activation and drying. The desulphurizer had a saturation S capacity of 9. 5 % and wasregenerated by oxidation with air. It was useful forH2SO4 production when the accumulative saturationS capacity reached 20%.
