Problems and Their Solving Way of Unsteady-State Process for SO_2 Oxidation in Former Soviet Union

摘要 针对非稳态转化法存在催化剂过早失活、腐蚀情况严重、设备寿命短、并且大量排放酸雾等问题,分析其原因,并指出解决途径。用氟中毒机理对催化剂过早失活作出解释.提出进转化器气体中氟含量的指标应限制在≤0.5mg/m3。为避免酸雾排放和产生腐蚀,提出应使进转化器的原料气温度不低于转化后气体的露点。建议在原有流程中增加进气预热换热器及热缓冲器,同时用四个直通间代替常规采用的两个二通换向阀。为了避免换向阀切换气流方向的瞬间发生SO_2气体短路损失,换向阀操作方式由同时开关改为先关后开。 Causes for such problems existing in unsteadystate SO_2 oxidation process as early deactivation ofcatalyst, severe corrosion, short service life ofequipment and great quantity of acid mist emissionare analyzed and approach to the problems is pointedout. The early deactivation of catalyst is interpretedas poisoning of catalyst by fluoride. It is presentedthat the fluorine content in feed gas should be limitedto ≤0. 5mg/m ̄3. In order to avoid acid mist emissionand causing corrosion, the temperature of feed gas ofconverter should be no less than the dew point of theconverted gas. It is suggested to add a feed gas preheater and a heat buffer in original process and usefour straight-through valves instead of two conventionally adopted two-way swicth valves. In order toavoid the short-cut loss of SO_2 gas at the instantwhen gas flow direction is switched. the opratingmode of switch valve should be changed from opening and closing simultaneously to closing first andthen opening.
