摘要
研究了煤沥青溶剂加氢前后物化性质与分子结构的变化,探讨了加氢反应机理和氢转移反应对缩聚沥青可纺性以及炭纤维性能的影响。结果表明:THQ是良好的供氢溶剂,煤沥青与THQ反应后,增加了沥青分子中的环烷结构,使其流变性和可纺性得到了明显的改善,为后处理过程制得高性能炭纤维奠定了基础。
In this paper,properties and molecular structure of pitch and hy-drogenated pitch were investigated.Mechanism of hydrogenation and effect of hy-drogen-transfer reaction on spinnability were also studied.It is shown that THQ is a good H-donor solvent,hydrogenated pitch displays a better fluidity and spinnabi-lity,and contains naphthenic rings.Hydrogenated pitch provides the basis for pro-ducing performance carbon fiber.
