摘要
采用 ̄(133)缸吸入法测量局部大脑血流量(rCBF)和经颅多普勒超声(TCD),对64例固定一侧偏头痛患者进行了rCBF及脑大动脉的最大平均血流速度(MFV)、脉动指数(PI)联合研究。发现头痛侧各动脉供血区rCBF与对侧各相应区无明显差异。间歇期头痛侧ICA、ACA、MCA和PCA的MFV、PI与对侧各相对动脉比较也无显著变化。头痈发作州只有全脑平均rCBF低于对照组和颈内动脉的MFV高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果倾向该症血而变化为交感─—末梢动脉阻力调节紊乱学说,而不支持MCA扩张20%的推理。
Regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF ),mean maximun flow velocity of cerebral main artery(MFV)and pulsating index(PI)were sttidied in 64 patients with migraine on only one side. rCBF was mea5,ured with Xel33 inhalating meathod and MFV,PI were measured by TCD. rCBF on t11e headache side changed not significantly when compared with opposite side.MFV and PI of ICA,ACA,MCA and PCA on headnche side was not different from correspond arteries on the other side during heatlache intervals. Mean rCBF was lower and MFV of ICA was higher than the con-trolled group(P<0.05).Our data suggested that migraine was caiised by disturbance of peripheral artery resistence adjusted by sympathetic nerves,not by dilation of MCV by 20%。
