缺血性脑卒中与脑组织加压素相关性研究及巴曲酶的影响 被引量:64

摘要 本工作研究了巴曲酶对结扎左侧颈总动脉沙土鼠的缺血模型的保护作用以及时脑组织精氨酸加压素(AVP)的影响及两者的相互关系。发现巴曲酶可减轻卒中症状及降低脑组织AVP含量、卒中指数与脑组织AVP含量呈正相关。提示AVP可能在减轻脑卒中症状中起重要作用,以及巴曲酶能降低AVP可能为其对于脑缺血具有保护作用的机理之一。 The protective effect of Batroxobin(TOBISHI DF-52 1)on ischemic ger-bil stroke model produced by unilateral ligation of left common carotid artery and the ef-fect of Batroxobin on cerebral concentration of arginine vasopressin(AVP)were stud-ied.It was found that the degree of severity of stroke and AVP concentration in cerebral tissue of ligated side were significantly decreased in Batroxobin-treated group.There was a significant positive correlation between stroke index and cerebral concentration of AVP. We speculate that AVP may play an important role in ameliorating the ischemic condition and one of the protective effects of Batroxobin on ICVD may be related to its effect on AVP.
