脑脊液特性及躯干长度对等比重布比卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞平面的影响

摘要本文观察了５３例脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）生化特性和躯干长度与等比重布比卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞平面的关系。其中男２８例，女２５例，年龄以１５～４０岁为多。测定ｐＨ值２９例，与麻醉平面无明显相关（ｒ＝０．１２４１）。钾、钠、氯、糖及蛋白量与阻滞平面无明确相关（ｒ＝－０．１２６４～０．１０３４）。躯干长度与麻醉平面关系较密切，ｒ＝－０．３１０２（Ｐ＜０．０５）。因此，初步认为Ｃ８Ｆ生化特性不是影响等比重布比卡因蛛网膜下腔阻滞平面的重要因素，而躯干长度与之相关。 locking levels of intrathecal isobaric bupivacaine were examined in 53 adults.The correlations of the biochem-ical characteristics of CSF and body length were tested.Results show that the pH,K+,Na+,Cl-,glucose and pro-tein concentrations had no influence on the blocking levels while the body length did(r=-0. 3102).
