青海高原地区全麻和硬膜外阻滞前后SpO_2变化与平原地区的比较

摘要 40例久居高海拔(2260m)心肺正常行胆囊切除术患者,被随机分为硬膜外阻滞及全麻两组。分别行围术期6d脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)监测,将结果与天津(海拔100m)同类数据进行比较。结果显示,受高海拔低氧环境影响,所有数值均低于天津,术后4h至24h为最低,其后逐渐回升,约72h后恢复术前水平。 he perioperative changes of SpO2 in patients living in highland(2260m above sea level)were studied in 40 pa-tients operated on under epidural block(n=20)or general anesthesia(n=20).Another 40 patients living in thelowland(100m above sea level)were operated On under the same ariesthetic technics as above.SPO2 changes weremeasured perhperatively.Results show that all perioperative SpO2 values were significantly lower in the patientsliving in the high altitude area than that in patients in the lowland,indicating that ox en inhalation is more impor-tant perioperatively for patients living in highland.
