摘要
采用反向间接血凝试验(RPHA法)对50例创伤病人检测围手术期CuZn-SOD变化,并与50名正常人对比。结果表明,轻伤及术后恢复平顺者,CuZn-SOD变化与正常对照差异无显著性。而重度和危重创伤病人血清CuZn-SOD含量在伤后数小时即明显下降,提示创伤病人体内氧自由基生成过度,脂质过氧化反应增强,致使SOD消耗过多。因此,对严重创伤病人,为防止其继发性脏器损害,宜早期适量补充抗脂质过氧化药物。
erioperative changes of serum CuZn-SOD were studied with reverse passive hemaglutination(RPHA)in 50traumatic patients,which was compared with that in 50 normal patients.The results show that the changes ofCuZnSOD in traumatic group who recovered uneventfully were similar to that in the nomal.A significant decreaseof CuZn-SOD was seen in severe traumatic patients within hours after trauma,whiChhdicates that production ofoxygen free radical was increased leading to an increased consumption of SOD;Early administration of anti-lipidperoxidation drugs,therefore,may he beneficial to the seriously traumatized patients to proteet the organs from thesecondary injury.
