摘要
总结上海市精神卫生中心２年内住院患者夜间急诊４４０例（５４５例次），占同期住院病人的２３．９５％。其中，因躯体疾病致急诊者占首位（５０．８２％），而错误诊治发生率为８．２５％。强调精神科临床医生也需要有扎实的内科基础，并重视必要的辅助检查。
Abstract440 cases 545 attendances of evening emergencey treatment in the Shanghai Mental Health Centerduring a 2-year period were analyzed.This constituted 23.95%of the total in-patient population inthe same period.The most common were somatic diseases(50.8%).The prevalence of misdiagnosiswith in appropriate treatment was 8.25% We suggested that a solid medical foundation was neecessaryfor psychiatrists.Laboratory investigations in the emergency treatment room showed be emphasized。
