摘要
本文报告１５例经病理证实的恶性滑膜瘤。本病多见于２０～４０岁患者的四肢关节附近。以局部肿胀、肿块、疼痛、活动受限为主要临床症状，以软组织肿块、肿块钙化、骨骼改变及骨膜反应为主要Ｘ线表现。并对其发病、病理及诊断问题进行了讨论。
Fifteen patients of synovial sarcoma proved pathologically were analysed.They occurred more frequently in the extremities joints. The ages of the patients ranged from 20 to 40 years.The clinical manifestations were the mass,swelling. pain and disability. The roentgen manifestations were the soft tissue mass,calcification in the tumor,bone destruction, and periosteal reaction. At the sarne time,the problems related of etiology,pathology and diagnosis were discussed.
