摘要
本文报告经颈静脉肝内门－体静脉分流术（ＴＩＰＳＳ）２１例，成功１９例。术后门脉压力平均下降１．３０ｋＰａ，食管静脉曲张明显减轻乃至消失，消化道出血及腹水均得到有效控制或明显改善。本文还就ＴＰＳＳ的有关技术问题进行了讨论。
This paper reported the clinical results of 21 consecutive TIPSS proceduces. 19 were male, 2 female with mean age of 51.2 years. All patients had cirrhosis with portal hypertension and varices. 15 cases had recurrent bleeding for gastroesophageal varices. The results showed that shunts were completed in 19 of 21 patients. Portal pressure was reduced from 3.70±0.40kPa before shunting to 2.40±0.30kPa after shunting. Gastrointestinal bleeding and ascited were effectively controlled, varices disappeared completely and abated obviously after TIPSS. Technicality of TIPSS was discussed in this paper.
