摘要
笔者将手术、病理证实的45例垂体腺瘤,按临床及激素水平将其分为几种功能性腺瘤,并总结了各类功能性腺瘤的CT特点。发现:(1)PRL微腺瘤多呈低密度;(2)PRL腺瘤及PRL/GH混合型腺瘤多向下生长破坏鞍底,ACTH腺瘤多向上生长;(3)有垂体功能降低的腺瘤多为大腺瘤。并且认为血GH>25μg/L,PRL>200μg/L高度提示GH或PRL腺瘤的存在。
Forty-five cases of functioning pituitary adenomas were classified according to their clinical abnormalities and hormone hypersecretion,CT features of each kind of functioning adenoma are concluded.Most of PRL microadenomas show low attenuation area. Many ACTH microadenomas appear same attentuation. PRL and PRL/GH adenomas more likely grow down ward and erode sella bone,ACTH adenomas are attend to grow upward. Many macroadenomas have hypopituitarism. Patients are more likely to have pituitary adenomas when their serum GH> 25μg/L,PRL>200μg/L.
