去氢枞酸合成两性表面活性剂及其性质 被引量:3

SYNTHESIS AND PHYSICO-CHEMICALPROPERTIES OF AMPHOTERIC SURFAC-TANTS FROM DEHYDROABIETIC ACID

摘要 从歧化松香中分离出去氢枞酸,并以此为原料合成了三种新型的两性表面活性剂,N-(3-去氢枞酰氧-2-羟)丙基-N-甲基氨基乙酸钠,N-{N′-[(3-去氢枞酰氧-2-羟)丙基]胺乙基}氨基乙酸钠。N-{N′-[(3-去氢枞酰氧-2-羟)丙基]双胺乙基}氨基乙酸钠。其结构通过波谱和元素分析得以证实,并测定了其表面物理化学性质如克拉夫特点,临界胶束浓度和分子横截面积。此外还根据相分离模型计算得出胶束化过程的标准焓变(△Hm)、自由能变(△Gm)和熵变(△Sm)。 Three new amphoteric surfactants namely sodium N-( 3-dehydroabietoxy-2-hydroxy)propyl-N-methylglycine,sodium N-{N′-[( 3-dehydroabietoxy-2-hydroxy)propyl]-aminoethyl } glycine and sodium N-{N′[( 3-dehydroabietoxy-2-hydroxy)propyl] biaminoethyl} glycine,were prepared from dehydroabietic acid separated fromdisproportionated pine rosin. Their structures were confirmed by spectroscopy and ele-mental analysis. Physicochemical properties such as Krafft point ,critical micelle concen-tration and occupation area per molecule at the air/water surface were determined.Stan-dard enthalpy chang,(△H°m),free energy change(△G°m)and entropy change(△S°m)of the micellization were calculated according to the phase sepera-tion model.
