摘要
高炉炉体设计是决定炉体长寿的重要环节。本文系统地探讨了当前国内外在高炉内型、耐火材料选择及砌体设计、炉体综合监测设计等方面的设计新趋势和采用的新技术,这些技术虽然主要针对大型高炉的设计,但对中小型高炉的设计亦有较大的参考价值。
The design of BF body is important factor for long campaign life of BF.In this article,the new designing tendency and technology is systematically approched from inner shape,cooling equipment,cooling water system,refractory selecting,bricking,BF body detecting and other aspects.Though these technologies are mainly applied to big BF design,they are also available for middle or small BF design.
