摘要
本文对878例产妇及其新生儿耳血进行了铜、锌、铁含量测定及相关分析。测定方法采用原子吸收光谱法,统计分析采用直线回归及相关。结果显示本地区新生儿铜为1.17±0.39ppm,锌为5.86±1.0ppm,铁为493.81±36.8ppm,铜锌含量低于产妇(P<0.05),两者无差异,新生儿铁含量高于产妇,两者有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。经相关分析,新生儿与产妇微量元素之间有高度相关性(P<0.01),它们之间都为正相关。
In this paper.the measurement of the content of trace elements-copper,zinc and iron in the ear-blood of the neonates and their puerperants of 878 cases in Lanzhou region has been made using an atom-absorb-ing-spectrum method. The results of stastistical analysis by a method of gradual regression and interrelation show that the neonate normai values of Cu.Zn and Fe in the region are 1. 17±0. 39ppm,5. 86±1.0ppm and 493. 81±36. 8ppm respectively,and that the content of Cu and Zn in the neonates has lower but Fe higher than in their puerperants,and that both neonates and puerperants have no difference (P>0. 05)in the concen-tration of Cu and Zn.nevertheless have obviously remarkable difference in Fe (P<0. 01),which suggests a close positive interrelationship of the content of trace elements between the neonates and their puerperants
