摘要
在小孔松驰法实验研究的基础上,本文从理论上分析了由于某些因素产生的塑性应变对测量焊接构件及特殊堆焊窄板残余应力的影响.诸如钻削应变、孔边应力集中及孔距边距尺寸等.本文研究成果不仅有利于提高小孔松弛法的测试精度及扩大其应用,而且为进一步研究焊接残余应力对焊接构件承载力和疲劳断裂性能的影响提供了可靠的实验依据.
On the basis of experimental studies of Small Hole Relaxation Method, this paper analyzes theoretically the influences of plastic strains on the measurement of residualstresses of welded members and of some special bead welded narrow plates due to some factors, such as the stress concentration around the small holes, boring and paring strains andthe dimensions of pitches and margins. The results obtained are not only to the benifit of improving the measuring precision of SHRM and of expanding its application, but also providereliable experimental basis for further stilely of the influences of restidual stresses on the carrying capacity and the fatigue fracture characteristics of welded members.
