摘要
利用３２Ｐ示踪于盆栽条件下研究了冬小麦拔节期根系的吸磷动态及根系活性。结果表明，运输到地上部各器官内的３２ｐ比活度和总活度（ｙ）随着标记后时间（Ｘ）的推移而符合回归方程ｙ＝ａ＋ｂｘ＋ｃｘ２形式，其吸收速率（ｄｙ／ｄｘ）随时间而下降。根内比活度的变化则易受取样损失的影响。试验证明，单位时间内运输到地上部的核素量可作为根系吸收活力的指标。
Change of absorpting 32P and roots vigour of winter wheat at elongate stage was studied under pot culture. The results showed that 32P specific and total activities(y) transported to organs of shoot with increase of days(x) from labelling were in accordance withregression: y = a+bx+cx2. Rate of absofpting 32P was decreasing with increase of days fromlabelling. 32P specific activity of roots was subkct to sampling loss. Index of roots absprpting vigour may some benefit while it was used as indication of isotopic content transportedto shoot.
