摘要
昆虫体内的小分子化合物可分为初级代谢物和次级代谢物,本文综述了这两类小分子化合物在昆虫分类上的应用情况。化学指纹法简便快速,所获的数据是较高阶元的分类性状,而且有良好的生长地区指示作用。游离氨基酸只在四、五十年代应用较多。碳氢化合物是近十年来在昆虫分类上应用较多的一类次生性化合物,易于提取,分析方法简便快速,但这类数据多属定量的,只能用多元分析法分析。昆虫外分泌物,尤其是防卫性外分泌物,在分类学研究的三个水平上都有重要的价值,但提取和分析方法较复杂,在等翅目、鞘翅目和膜翅目等外分泌腺发达的昆虫目研究较多,在其它目中资料较少,有待更广泛深入的研究。
The present paper is a review of the applications of four kinds of micromolecules in insect systematics.The data of elemental composition and cotent produced by chemoprints can be used to identify the highertaxa and indicate localities of insects. The taxonomic application of free amino acid in insects principallycarried out in forth and fifth decades of the twentieth century, but now little attention has been paid to thiskind of molecule. Hydrocarbons have been widely used in insect systematics in the past decade, but theirdata are quantitative,and only proceeded by multivariate analysis.Denfensive excretions have been provedto be valuable at all the three levels of insect taxonomy,which is now widely used in the following three orders, i. e. Isoptera, Coleoptera and Hymenoptera.
