摘要
在简要介绍我国铜资源、铜的产出与消费概况的基础上，文章指出狠抓铜的二次资源利用是解决我国铜的供需矛盾的措施之一。通过实例介绍了国外铜二大资源回收利用的成熟技术，并结合我国具体情况，阐述了用溶浸－萃取－电积工艺处理我国含铜废石、表外矿及低品位氧化铜矿等二次资源的可行性与合理性。
In this paper,Chinese copper resources,copper occurance andcopper consumption are briefly introduced.It is indicated that the utiliza-tion of secondary copper resources is one of the measures for solving the contradiction between supply and demand,The examples are enumerated for introducing well-developed technology of utilization and recovery of secon- dary copper resources in the world. According to the concrete condition in china,the feasibility and reasonableness of treating waste rock containing copper and low- grade copper oxide ores with L- SX-EW technology.
