摘要
对原产于墨西哥的8个陆地棉半野生种系进行了核型分析。其根尖细胞的染色体数目均为52。“墨西哥棉”、“阔叶棉”、“帕默尔氏棉”和“尖斑棉”为1B 核型。其中以“墨西哥棉”最为原始,2n=4x=52=44m(6SAT)+8sm。“尤卡坦棉”、“玛利加郎特棉”、“莫利尔氏棉”和“雷奇蒙德氏棉”为2B 核型。其中以后两个种系最进化,2n=4x=52=32m(2或4SAT)+20sm。讨论了各种系之间的可能的演化关系。
The semi-wild races of Gossypium hirsuium are indigenous to Mexico.It becomes one of the important germplasms in the breeding of Upland cotton,but the cytogenetical study is still lacking.In this paper,the karyotypes of 8 semi-wild races were analyzed.The chromosome number of root tip cells in all races was 52.The“race mexicanum”,“race latifolium”, “race parmeri”and “race panctatum”belong to 1 B karyotype.Among them,the“race me- xicanum”is the most primitive one,2 n=4 x=52=44 m(6SAT)+8 sm.The races with 2 B karyotype were“race yucaianense”,“race marie-gnlante”,“race morilli”and“race richmon- dii”,the last two races were more advanced,2 n=4 x=52=32 m(2 or 4 SAT)+20 sm.Accord- ing to the results of karyotype analysis,the possible relationship in evolution of races is discus- sed.
