摘要
应用力学性能优良、价廉的充填材料是巷旁充填取得良好技术经济效益的关键。笔者依据二次回归正文设计原理,通过胶凝料(水泥)、骨料(煤矸石、粉煤灰)、外加剂(HMI激化剂)多因素的正交试验,获得各因素对充填材料强度影响规律及优化配合比。经工程应用证明,采用优化配比的风力充填材料构筑巷旁支护带强度高、费用低、护巷效果好。
The key technical economical problem in roadsidebackfilling is to choose materials that are both cheap andgood in mechanical performance.Based on the twiceregression orthogonal design theory and the multiple factorsorthogonal test of cementitious materials(cement),aggregates(coal refuse,fine coal ash)and additives(HMIactivator),the writer of the paper has got the influence ofthese factors on the strength of backfilled materials and theoptimal mix ratio.The practical application has provedthat the roadside backfill made of pneumatic backfillingmatcrials with optimal mix ratio is high in strength and lowin cost.
