摘要
本文对弹力型、圆椎光滑型、柱状锯齿型和柱状螺纹型桩,分别采用玻璃离子、磷酸锌和EB—1粘接剂,进行拉力测试比较,结果表明弹力型和玻璃离子粘接剂的固位力显著高于其它形状桩和粘接剂。作才认为使用成品桩时,桩冠的主要固位力是粘接剂的粘接力,而不是桩与根管壁之间的摩擦力,当桩长不能达到理想长度时,采用弹力型桩可获得较大的固位力,玻璃离子粘接剂是目前桩冠粘固的最佳粘接剂。
Abstract The retentive force of four different types of post,separately cemented with three different types of cement,were measured.The results showed that the retentive force of resilient post higher than that of smooth taper post and sawtooth column post and whort column post.The retentive force of glass ionomer cement was significantly higher than that of Zine phosphates cement and EB-1 cement.The results indicated that the major retentive force of post crown was not friction between post and root canal wall,but Cemented force when finished product post was used.
