摘要
应用牙体内存在内正外负生物电位的原理，采用电化学研究手段研制成的ＴＭＪ新药用于牙本质过敏症的治疗，经临床试验，采用接触电敏感测式方法对患牙进行前后对照观察，有效率达９５．４５％，显效率为７５．７６％，取得了较好的疗效，为临床牙本质过敏症的治疗开辟了一条新途径．
According to the principle of bioelectric potential existed in the tooth,a new agent─TMJ using theelectrochemical method to treat the dental allergy was developed.The clinical trial of TMJ in 66 cases of den-tal allergy was reported.The response rate was 95. 45%,and the curing rate was 75.76%,The determina-tion of electric sensitivity was applied in this test. This new agent provides a new vvay to cure the dental aller-gy.
