差值法测量脉冲电容器的等效电感 被引量:2

DIFFERENTIAL MEASUREMENT METHOD FOR MEASURING THE EQUIVALENT SERIES INDUCTANCE OF PULSED DISCHARGE CAPACITORS

摘要 本文对几种测量脉冲电容器等效电感的方法作了评述,介绍差值法测量的原理和方法。对差值法进行了误差分析,提出它的应用条件。对三种类型电容器作了实验研究,我们发现,当外回路电感小于脉冲电容器等效电感的8.3倍时,等效电感的相对误差小于放电电流周期或电压周期测量的相对误差的15倍。 In this paper,after reveiwing several methods of measuring the equivalentseries inductance (ESI) of pulsed discharge capacitors,the principle and measu-rement skill of differential measurement method (DMM) is introduced.Theexperimental research is made by using three types of capacitors.Following theerror analysis of DMM,the application conditions of DMM we have found areas follows.If total external inductance is less than the product of ESI times8.3,then the relative error of ESI is less than the product of 15 times relativeerror for measuring the current or voltage periods.
