摘要
比较了不同溶剂系统对毒饵中氟乙酸钠提取效果的影响。在所试验的四种溶剂系统(水、70%乙醇、95%乙醇、无水乙醇)中,以水的提取效果最好。毒饵是否粉碎对提取效果没有影响。另外,还观察到,在自然放置过程中毒饵中的氟乙酰胺转化为氟乙酸钠。
Efrlciency of extracting sodium fluo roaceta te from rodenticide baits made of wholegrain or wheat,with four extraction solvent systems(water,70% ethanol,95 % ethanol,andanhydrous ethanol),was evaluated.Water has the highest extraction efficiency for whole grain orwheat bait.Whether the baits were intact or ground doesn't affect the extract efficiency.Besides,the transformation of fluoroacetamide to fluoroaeetate was observed after storing the rodenticidebaits in natural circumstance for 2 years.
