摘要
本文用一步法制得了稳定的苯乙烯一甲基丙烯酸超浓乳液。探讨了乳化剂浓度,乳化剂的类型,乳化剂的复配,单体体积分数及甲基丙烯酸含量对超浓度乳液稳定性的影响。初步探讨了体积分数,乳化剂浓度对超浓度乳液聚合过程及最终胶乳粒子的影响。
The preparation of St -MAA concentrated emulsion by one step method is investigated. The stability is affected by kinds and concentration of emulsifies volume fraction of monomer and polarity of monomer. Then the polymerization of St-MAA in concentrated emulsion is carried out with oil soluble initiator, AIBN. Results indicates that the average size and dispersity of the la-texs depend on the concentration of surfacant and monomer volume fraction.
