摘要
报告上消化道出血为首发症状的小儿胃病１５例，经胃镜或钡餐检查证实胃溃疡２例、十二指肠溃疡５例、慢性浅表性胃炎８例。作者就其病因、临床特点、治疗和预防进行了讨论，强调规律、合理的饮食对预防小儿胃病乃至上消化道出血起着十分重要的作用。
child cases with gastrosia manifestated by an initial symptom of upperdigestive tract bleeding were reported in the paper, Of them 2 cases were gastric ulcer,5were duodenal ulcer and 8 were chronic or superficial gastritis demonstrated throughgastroscopy or barium meal examination. The author discussed the causes,clinical features,treatment and prevention of the disease. The author considered that it was important toprevent from child gastrosia and upper digestive tract bleeding by proper diet.
