摘要
对常规抗心衰治疗未能满意控制的充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者３２例，加用卡托普利，经１～２个月观察，结果表明：用卡托普利后，心功能改善，总有效率９３．７５％，血流动力学明显改善。病人耐受性良好。
patients with congestive heart failure(NYHA functional class Ⅲ toⅣ),who had not been controlled successfullv by conventional therapy,were involved in thisstudy; They were treated by additional captopril and followed up for 1-2 months,The re-sults showed that NYHA functional class was improved in thirty of them(93.75%)aftertreatment and hemodvnamic condition was improved markedly. The patients were tolerant tothe treatment.
