摘要
作者自１９９２．１至１９９３．１０收治腰３．４关节突错位，继发双侧腰３横突炎１１０例，通过临床治疗，疗效观察效果显著，认为是一种整体连贯性的病理改变，此病治疗方法关键在于纠正腰３．４关节突错位，改善力的平衡。本文对发病机理作了探讨，并叙述了诊断、治疗方法及手法的应用。
We had treated 110 cases of the fibrisitis in the third lumber transverse
process caused by the subluxation of articular facets between the third lumbar vertebra and the
fourth lumbar vertebra. The curative effect was remarkable.the essence of the treatment was
the restoration of the subluxation of articular facets between the third lumbar vertebra and the
fourth lumbar vertebra and the improvement of force balance.This article described the
pathogenesis and the treatment method.
