摘要
作者通过１００例退变性腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗，结合影像学检查和手术所见，将退变性腰椎间盘突出症分为：（１）单纯性腰椎间盘突出或膨出；（２）合并节段性椎管狭窄；（３）合并侧隐窝狭窄；（４）合并椎管、侧隐窝狭窄。术中讨论了退变性椎间盘突出的病理特点。手术治疗可获得较好的疗效。本组经术后半年─３．５年的随访，优良率为８９％。
100 cases of degenerative lumbar disc protrusion were treated by operation,combined with
image examination and oper-ative findings. We classified degenerative lumbar disc protrusion
with the above information:(l)simple lumbar disc protru-sion or bulge;(2)accompanied with
segmental lumbar spinal stenosis;(3)with lateral recess stenosis;(4)with lumbar and lateral
recess stenosis. Better result could be acquired by operation ,eighty nine per cent having
excellent outcome on follow-ing up for 6 months 3. 5 years.
