摘要
本文分析了手术治疗的１５３例腰椎间盘突出症，指出临床检查是诊断本病的基础；各种影象学检查对术前准确定位和鉴别诊断是非常必要的，但是，其结果一定要与临床相结合，才有实际意义。同时讨论了脊髓造影、ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ检查的选择应用和应注意的问题。
53 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation which had been surgically treated were analyzed.Authors empha-sized that clinical symptoms and signs remained as the important point in the diagnosis of this disease and the new diagnostic techniques served for the purpose of location and different applications for Myelography , CT and MRI.
