摘要
本文将联合截面刚度理论应用于微变形设备基础不均匀变形的治理,并采用高精度密栅云纹测试手段和精密水准测量手段,实时观测了设备基础在变形和倾斜率上的微米级变位.
This paper uses the combined cross-sectional rigidity theory to treat the non-uniform deformation of the micro-deformation equipment foundation. By using the high precision dense grating Moire'grain testing method and precise levelling method. a real time observation of the displacement in micro-meter grade for the deformation and declination rateof the equipment foundation are performed.
