摘要
目前，中国的国有企业存在着大面积亏损问题。在理论上，解决公司亏损问题的通常做法，是进行公司改组或重组。如何对国有企业进行公司化改组成产权重组，还与目前所面临的一系列问题直接相关。
Abstract At present, Chinese state-owned enterprises are largely in operational losses.Theoretically speaking,the usual method to solve the corporate losses is to reorganize or restructure the corporations.In China. how to reorganize the firms into corporations and their property rights is a problem directly linked with a series of problems they face.
