摘要
一个大规模集成电路的设计,在最后形成版图所需的全部数据之前,需要经过逻辑设计与模拟,电路分析与模拟,版图设计等许多复杂阶段,需要做大量工作。我们研制的JBY-ZB791数据变换软件,将JBY系统的中间结果数据转换为ZB791系统的最后结果数据。直接利用光学曝光系统的成果,为我所图形电子束曝光机(3~#机)提供实用的制版数据。
This paper presents a soft ware system that can transform DATA from JBYsystem to ZB791 system.It describes its operation principle and function andits distinguishing feature.
