摘要
本文调查了微波接触人员119人(微波接触组),微波辐射强度每日接触剂量为140~410μW·h/cm^2,和不接触微波人员100人(对照组)。调查结果表明,接触组的症状、体征发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),其中神衰症候群占43.7%、窦性心动过速20.2%、窦性心律不齐14.2%、血压偏低(<12.0/8.0kPa)23.5%、脑血流图异常率26%、白细胞减少(<4×10~9/L)24.3%、红细胞减少(男<4×10^(12)/L、女<3.5×10^(12)/L)20.2%,且症状、体征发生率增多与工龄长短、场强大小有关。
119 working staffs with microwave(MW) exposure and 100 personnels without microwave exposure(as control)were investigated The average daily doses of microwave on the working places were ranged about 140~410 μW·h/cm^2. The results showed that the prevalent rate of symptoms and signs among the microwave, groups were obviously higher than that of control. Such as: neurasthemia 43.7%, tachycardia 20.2%, arrhythmia 14.2%, hypotension(12.0/8.0kPa)23.5%, abnormal REG 26%, leukocytopenia (<4×10~9/L) 24.3%, oligocythemia(male<4×10^(12)/L, female<3.5×10^(12)/L)20.2%, The severity of the symptoms and signs was closely related to the working years and environmental doses of microwave.
