摘要
对96例单纯Ⅰ期矽肺进行劳动能力鉴定,代偿机能属于乙类8人(8.3%);认为肺功能检查项目,除VC、MVV、FEV_1%和MMEF外,有条件应增加V_(50)、V_(25)和FEP等小气道功能检查;提出Ⅰ期尘肺如X线小阴影病变分布3个肺区以上,且肺气肿和临床症状较明显者,应作为劳动能力鉴定的主要对象。
Assessment of labour ability on 96 silicotic patients was reported. The results showed that 8 cases could be classified as compensation B. It was considered that lung function tests might include (?)_(15), (?)_(50) and FEP as indices of small airway function in addition to VC, MVV, FEV_1% and MMEF. It was then suggested that the mein subjects of assessment of labour ability those patients with pneumoconiosis at grade Ⅰ, characterized by finding of small opacities on chest X ray in more than three regions, and having mild emphysema and signification clinical symptoms should be enlisted as candidates for assessment of labour ability.
