资本项目自由化研究评述 被引量：3

摘要 20世纪90年代以来，随着跨地域的资本流动的扩大，以及由此产生的巨大利益与风险，引起了国内外学者对资本项目自由化问题的广泛关注和深入探讨。虽然相关的论著极其庞杂，但是主要的研究及其引发的争论集中在以下三个方面：（1）资本项目自由化的利益和风险；（2）自由化的次序和速度；（3）资本大规模流入和迅速流出的政策反应。本文旨在从这些方面，系统梳理国内外学者关于资本项目自由化问题的研究，并进行一些简要的评议。
