我国产出缺口和潜在经济增长率的估计 被引量：14

摘要 潜在产出、产出缺口和潜在经济增长率是宏观经济学的重要概念，是分析宏观经济态势以相机抉择的重要参考工具。潜在产出通常是指在合理稳定的价格水平下，使用最佳可利用的技术、最低成本的投入组合，在资本和劳动力的利用率达到充分就业要求时所能生产出来的产品和服务（Levy，1963）；潜在产出的增长率称为经济体的潜在经济增长率。而产出缺口是在潜在产出定义上引申出来的一个概念，它常常表示为经济体的实际产出与潜在产出的差额或这个差额占实际产出的比率。
