摘要
使用增量式光电编码器测量电机位置的伺服系统中,在电机启动时,普遍存在无法准确测量出电机转轴初始位置的问题。电机的初始位置不仅影响伺服系统的定位精度,而且会对电机的启动性能造成一定的影响。提出了一种电机初始位置的确定方法,通过输出给定位置的定子电流矢量的方法,可以精确检测出电机初始位置。实验结果表明,使用该方法进行初始定位时,电机仅有微小的振动,并且电机在定位前后启动性能有较大的提高。
The inaccurate measurement of initial position of motor rotor when the motor starts is a problem existing in a servo system applying increment photo-electricity pulse coder. The initial position of motor rotor not only affects positioning precision, also has effect on start-performance. This paper proposes a method for measurement of initial position of motor rotor. The initial position can be measured accurately through controlling a given-position current vector of motor stator. Experimental results verify that the startperformance of motor can be improved and the motor only has some tiny vibrancy during the course of measurement.
