摘要
通过对纤维复合体的固化温度、固化时间以及耐介质性的分析发现,在覆膜砂中加入经过表面处理的纤维,不但可以增加纤维固结体的挡砂性能,而且不伤害地层渗透率。现场试验表明,纤维复合防砂不但增加了固结体的挡砂强度,而且延长了防砂有效期,是一种值得推广应用的新型防砂技术。
Analysis of the curing temperature, curing time and media resistance indicates that by adding surface treated fibre, the sand control ability of fibre consolidation can be increased without bring any harm to formation permeability. Field test shows that the technology of fibre complex sand control not only increases sand retention strength, but also extends sand control life. This is a new sand control method worth of spreading.
