摘要
人类精卵的识别、黏附与融合,是整个生殖过程的关键一环,已知精子缺陷及卵透明带(ZP)或卵细胞膜的异常均可造成精卵结合的障碍。本文对精卵结合的分子基础及分子机制进行了综述,这些研究的不断深入对不育的诊断与治疗及辅助生殖技术的发展有着重要的意义。
Human sperm-egg recognition, adhesioh and fusion are key steps in the whole reproductive process. Some abnormalities in human gamete interaction have been shown to be due to defects in the sperm, others attributed to defects in the zona pellucida(ZP) and the egg plasma membrane. This paper reviews the molecular basis and molecular mechanisms of human sperm-egg interaction. More and more advances in the studies of these aspects are shown to be of significant value to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility as well as to the development of assisted reproductive techniques.
