摘要
目的:探讨了利肝消脂颗粒剂治疗脂肪肝患者血清ET和血脂水平的变化。方法:应用放免法和生化法对70例脂肪肝患者进行了治疗前后血清ET和血脂水平的变化。结果:治疗后血清ET和血脂水平较治疗前存在显著性差异(P<0.01～0.01)。结论:利肝消脂颗粒剂具有降低血清ET和血脂水平,对脂肪肝的治疗具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum endothelin and blood - lipid levels in fatty liver patients after treatment with LiGuanXiaoZhiGuoLiJi. Methods Serum ET levels were determined with RIA and blood -Lipid contents were determined with biochemistry method in 70 fatty liver patients both before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the serum contents of ET and blood - lipid levels were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ～ 0.01 ） with the exception of HDL - C （ increased from 1.18 ～ 0.18 to 1.31 ± 0.18mmol/L）. Conclusion LiGuanXiaoZhiGuoLiJi, by decreasing the ET and lipid levels, is of important value in the treatment of fatty liver disease.
