摘要
陶瓷材料由于抗压强度高,在射流侵彻过程中的强度效应不可忽略。考虑了陶瓷在射流高速侵彻下的强度参数,并在计算模型中考虑了陶瓷破碎对断裂射流的干扰因子,求出了射流着靶速度与破甲速度的关系曲线,与实验结果进行了比较,吻合较好。并分析了靶体强度参数对侵彻速度的影响。根据材料状态随撞击速度的变化规律,提出了在射流高速侵彻下判别陶瓷材料是否可以视为流体状态的判别准则。
An analytical model for ceramic target resistance against shaped-charge jet penetration was presented in this paper. The target resistance equation based on the quasi-static cavity expansion theory was derived. Both the target strength under high velocity penetration and the ceramic crack interference factor on the broken shaped-charge jet were all considered in the model. A relationship between the velocity of jet tip and penetration velocity was obtained. The predicted values are compared with some experiment results, and show better consistence with them. The influence of target resistance on the penetration velocity and the criterion that distinguishes if the ceramic material can be treated as liquid state is investigated.
