摘要
采用半实物实时仿真的方案设计了坦克炮控仿真系统,该系统由仿真计算机、仿真控制器、炮控计算机以及部分炮控系统部件组成,可以实现静态测量、稳定状态、跟踪与调炮状况的仿真。建立了炮控系统的仿真模型,进行了仿真系统运行剖面和仿真用例的设计。在大量实车测试和理论分析的基础上建立了火炮干扰力矩仿真数据库,仿真结果与实车测试结果对比表明,对不同路面不同速度下火炮运动的仿真都达到了满意的要求,较真实地反映了坦克炮控系统的动态特性。它除可为现有炮控系统进行仿真实验外,还可成为新型炮控系统研制中进行算法研究、性能实验的仿真平台。
Adopting hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation scheme, a simulation system of tank gun controller was developed. It consists of a simulation computer, a simulation controller, a gun control computer and some parts of tank gun control system. It can implement static measurements and simulations of stabilizing following and moving gun. The simulation model of gun controller was built. The running section and samples of simulation system were designed. The simulation database for gun disturbance moment was established based on many real tests and theoretical analysis. The simulations for gun vibration at different speeds on different pavements are satisfying. The comparisons between the test data and the simulation data show that this simulation system behaves very well on the dynamic characteristics of the actual gun controller. It can be used not only to simulate the existing system, but also to be as a simulation platform for algorithm study and performance test in developing novel tank gun controllers.
